Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Guildford Badminton Club website and booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Booking and Payment

• A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. GBC does not store your card details.
• Refunds are not automatically issued and are granted at the discretion of GBC administration.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel a booking, please contact the club administration directly.
• Refunds for cancelled bookings are at the sole discretion of GBC administration.
• If GBC cancels a session, all confirmed bookings for that session will be refunded in full.

Waiting List

• Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a place in a session.
• If a place becomes available, you will be notified by email with a link to complete your booking.
• Payment must be completed within the time period stated in the notification email to secure your place.

Vouchers

• Vouchers are subject to validity dates and usage limits as stated at the time of issue.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• GBC reserves the right to cancel or modify vouchers at any time.
• Vouchers cannot be reinstated once used, even if the associated booking is subsequently cancelled.

Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other members, staff and club facilities. GBC reserves the right to refuse access or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Liability

Guildford Badminton Club accepts no liability for personal injury sustained during sessions, or for the loss or theft of personal property on club premises. Participants attend sessions entirely at their own risk and are advised to ensure they have appropriate personal insurance where required.

Changes to These Terms

GBC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
